At Cubby Beds, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
